5200mm lens?

How 'bout a 5,200mm lens. The book says it's best for shots 18-32 miles away and you've got to be at least 400 feet away to focus.
The link takes you to a list of 9 lenses that you won't find at your local camera store. The Canon 1,200 was the only one I had heard of.

I think I live by Area 51.... that's in Utah right?
I was thinking it would be fantastic for candid wedding photos, you know how people freeze up when they see a camera pointed at them? They would never see this one coming.
