A Photoshop Technique

I discovered this quite by accident yesterday so I thought I would share it with y'all. See the image below to see what I am talking about. The name was originally straight, and I wanted it to follow the curve of the round area behind her, so after I typed the name out and positioned it in the area I wanted it to be and at the angle I wanted it, I went to Edit>Transform>Warp. Next to "Warp" you will see a small box for a drop down menu, click on it. It has 15 different things it will do to the image. The one below is called "Arc."

It's a wonderful tool, isn't it. Smiley I use it a lot for the signs I make for displays in my booth.

I use it for little flyers around work. Keep words, and seperate words in a group of layers. After you get you arc the way you like it you can use transform again to get rotations and font size the way you like it. You can also use filters on the layer and get different effects on each word if you like.
