I knew I had seen it somewhere. I use
iMatch for keeping track of images and it has an option to set the EXIF dates relative to the current EXIF date.
@Bob - Don't use the program you linked to. One, it's a command line program and a little quirky to get working. But once I figured out the commands it skipped a few files which got me to a point where I couldn't tell what files had been updated and which hadn't so I had to delete the images and reload them from DVD.
At the end of the day I guess it's just easier to double check that you don't change the date by mistake when changing the hour after daylight savings time.
