Autocross Course

Doesn't look like more than a bunch of cones when you aren't up close but what a beautiful day to be outside racing.

I guess it would be considered North Georiga.  About 20 miles from Chattanooga.

GM used to have a traveling show called Autoshow In Motion where they would set up giant parking lots with autocross type tracks and let you test drive their cars against their competitors models; everything from compact crap cans, trucks, hummers, Corvettes and SST's, to luxury cars. The rules were don't hit cones, don't break the tires loose on purpose, and don't wreck. It came to Houston for a couple years until Katrina screwed up the venue and then the economy tanked. I loved going there playing with someone else's toys.

I clicked on the image, hoping for a larger size and got your flickr account. Do I see Bob in one of those shots?!

Do you have a direct link to a larger shot?

I think about that a lot. We get several "visit chattanooga" commercials on tv here.
I'll let you know when I get around to getting over there.

That's already in the works, I've got a friend with a Lotus Elise and that's in the works.

I'm sure with better lighting and a girl the car would really look good.

The current plan is to ask a six foot redhead and/or a five ten brunette. Both wearing slinky evening dresses. The idea is to share the spotlight and not make the girl or the car the "star of the show" Working on a location but need to lock dates first.
