Cityscape in the fog

I drove about an hour away from my home to an area with an elevation of 2800 miles and an amazing view. Unfortunately, it was very hazy today, full of particles reflecting the sun. Tongue I snapped about 80 photos, but few were a success. This is the best one of the bunch. Probably a view of Seattle most have never seen. Smiley

You're right.  Never would have even guessed that was Seattle if you hadn't said so.

Would make a really good spot for a panoramic shot.

Very nice tones, cool.

Really cool. You could use it as a background to a futuristic scene.

2800 miles?

In the winter, when the air is clear, I want to go back and reshoot this spot. From this vista, I can see Seattle, Mount Rainier, Mount Baker, Mount St. Helen's, the Cascade range, and the main waterways.

2800 miles?

Haha, oops! Grin

Well, the serious cropping would probably explain the haziness.

Marian, I really like the tonality and colors of this image.  I love it and I'm glad you didn't have better conditions Smiley!

Is that selfish of me?
