Please tell me that was at a zoo.

Of course if you can get it in your car you can learn to drive without fear.

I'm sure this is digitally cropped, as she said, LUNCH.
Very good composition, just a tad on the cool color side, needs slight color correction.

Yep, cropped. Ack, everything here in Washington is on the cool side, hee hee. I missed it on this one, though. Thanks, Mike.  Cheesy

OK, I'm not going to admit this anywhere but here, but big cats scare me.  I spend quite a bit of time in cat country looking for deer and elk around here, and I always get all nervous about the time the sun goes down and I have a two hour hike out of a deep canyon to get back to the 4-wheeler.  You have more guts than me to be taking pictures of a lion within shooting distance with a 200MM, regardless of the crop.  I saw one once at about 800 yards (that would only look like a speck of dirt with a 200MM) and I was still unnerved.

Great shot btw.

Thanks, Travis. Smiley I was ready to jump into the car at any moment, ha ha. I've been told I'm really good at reading animal body language, so hopefully that doesn't get me into trouble one day. Tongue
