Interesting work, another thing I see, is the muscles structure in the face or tendons, see it from your eye working down, looks cool.

Tip

I know the most difficult thing to do is a self portrait.
When looking, in this case, if you were looking slightly off from the camera, eyes only, face is in perfect position, the Irises would be in full view, not sure if a slight, ever so slight look down and across, would cause the irises to be in full view.
