Do you have photoshop? If so, open up the file you want to add color to. Then open up another photo that's mostly blue sky. Make sure the photo you want to change is the active file. Go to Match Color (I'm at work, so I can't remember what it's under, but it's in the same section where you pick the hue/saturation selection). From the dropdown box at the bottom, select the blue sky picture. The resulting image will look too blue, but use the slider bars to the right and play until you get a nice blue sky. You can do the same thing if you want to add a sunset color to your image.

If you do it on a duplicate layer, you can then erase out what you don't want colored, too.
This, of course, is a rushed job, with no care taken to edges, but gives you an idea what you can do. I erased the blue in the water, but you can leave more blue in it to get a nicer look. You can also leave a low opacity blue over the sand, to tone down the gold.
