Took months to talk my way into this old foundry. Spent the morning taking hundreds of photos.
Only me and my guide were allowed but thats OK I now have TONS of backgrounds for green-screen projects [shifty glance]
This is six, five shot HDR's merged into a panorama. [grin]

I love old buildings like that. It reminds me of some of the shi-.. umm interesting locations I worked in when I was younger.

The distortions on the ends is kind of distracting though. Was it a wide angle lens?

I love it.  I think if you can 'pull' your horizon lines straight then the ends won't seem so uncomfortable.  I don't necessarily work in foundries like this, but my job takes me into many of the local foundries and mfg facilities on a regular basis.  They're always full of cool stuff, abandoned or not.

it is a 30 shot merge. six five shot HDRs merged into a pan. When I straightened it I didn't like it as much. Seemed the "wide angle" gave it more depth. [shrug]

I shot a ton of images at that place, will put up more as I finish them.

*nods* Brides, too!! That's the first thing I thought of when I saw it. But your recent motorcycle shoot you did is stuck in my mind. Smiley
