That's very cool...a word of advice though...my 13 yr old son made a cardboard one that I purchased from a mail order catalog for a science fair project. It probably goes without saying...but he exposed the film with light leaks.
Side note: Took him about 2 weeks to glue it all together...then I took it to CVS (drug store) to get the film developed and the girl ripped the camera and threw it out! I went back the next day and luckily they were able to retrieve it from the garbage...all in all not a good experience. So...follow the directions VERY carefully! Film's not very cheap! Or at the least...buy the 12 exposure stuff!
