LOVE IT! THIS is the perfect example of when you CAN center your model! I love, love how the base mimics her shape, making her part of the object. Wonderful!

How's this? The Taco Bell dog was B/W to start with, she's wearing a black dress, so, I decided for B/W.

I like the first one a lot . . . except for the selective color . . . I just don't think that the effect adds to the image.

I like them both. Its better but really hard to get a dog to look at you.
I see what you were doing with the selective color, I think its ok but needs to be desaturated a bit.

And if ""I"" had posted a photo of a girl sitting on the pot, I would get in trouble...

I like the idea of desaturating, thanks, I'll try that.

I like the first one.

The second one the position of her right foot is bothering me, it should be pointed to her right instead of bowed.  Her expression is as if she is pissed she has to deal with the dog in that outfit, classic as guys know it is true.

Well, the first one is great... except the first thing I thought of was that it looked like she is using extremely fancy restroom facilities.  I don't mean to make fun of the photo/pose/model, it's just what I thought of.  I wish she were sitting more on the edge, but that may have not been possible.
I am not a fan of selective coloring, but my clients always are... so I won't even comment since it's such a personal taste thing.

I like the second one a lot.  I don't mind her expression, she does look a little pissed, but in an editorial way, if that makes sense Smiley

Nice conversions though, btw.

I like the different opinions, thanks

Yeah, I've never been a selective color fan either.  Really like the shot though.

I like selective color for a dominate feature. Not so much in this case. Other than that I like it.

Sarcasm, frustrating the clueless since 3000 b.c.

Nuts . . . I hate it when someone points something and then that's all that I can see!

In the second image, her right foot is turned on it's side (the inner edge is lifted.  This is not a good look.  The foot should be turned to her right or, better yet, just the heel should be turned in towards the front.

I know that it is a little thing . . . but . . .
