From my walk today

All images in Aperture Priority. Just for something to do.
My assessment, I found the images a tad overexposed, some adjustment had to made in photoshop.
The Double Crested, it was a hazy day, almost a gray day, anyhow, in Manual mode, I use that exact setting, so, for this shot, Aperture Priority nailed this one.
The flower, it was slightly overexposed
The Turkey, who cares Big Grin

#1 Bumble Bee on Yellow Rose
#2 Double Crested Cormorant
#3 Turkey Vulture

The first is my favourite. I wouldn't have known it was originally overexposed if you hadn't said so. The composition is A+. The bee is in the perfect spot in the frame. Good job. The others are fine, I don't konw anything about birds or bird pictures.

Since you mentioned that #1 was a bit overexposed I looked a little closer and can tell where the petels were probably a little blown out.

I'm not a big fan of birds on a plain blue sky. But the composition on #3 makes it work. People usually don't balance the space on those shots very well.

I love the cormorant picture the most, mainly because you showed me something new. I never get to see the feet of the cormorants around here!!!

I've seen this attemted on Marian before, but I still think she's right, unless you can find some way to disprove it. Regardless, photography forums are hardly the place to be giving each other writing and/or grammar lessons, in my opinion. Do like the rest of us do, find something photography related to fight about.
