The knife was added digitally, correct?  The edges seem too hard.  Maybe try softening 'em a little?

It would've been more flattering had you shot downward at her. I know that can be hard for you, but since you were only filming her from the waist up, could you have had her kneeling for the shot, so that her extra flesh under her chin could be minimized?

Her eyes are pretty much lost in the first picture, but her breasts look wonderful in the second one (can you get rid of the tan line?). In the first one, the lighting on her straight arm looks strange. I'm not sure what's going on there.

#1 is a very creative idea and I love the other knives shoved into her belt, ha ha.

Oooo...maybe you can do one with her holding the knife between her teeth with really red lipstick!
