Honestly, out of what you've shown, there's some things I don't like, but I don't know for sure that they weren't intentional for some reason. I really do like all the poses and I think they are all very strong for leading lines. I think she is tall and thin however, and the high camera angle is not showing this off as one of her stronger features, which I think are. I don't care for the first one at all, but I can see the 'fun' factor for sure. The second one is much better, but again I think the camera's too high. The third one is my favorite all around. Good pose, good feeling, fun, nice light (which all of them have, btw).
On the one with the lady leaning on her hands; I love her smile, her eyes, her face, the light, the colors... but I don't like her hands. I think women should have nice soft elegant hands, and I don't see that from her hands in this image. Unfortunately, I don't have any great earth-shattering suggestions, except that maybe only a half-curl at the second knuckle would help (and split to cradle her chin a little), I wonder if the full fist thing is just tightening the bones and skin of her hand too much.
Anyway, sorry to be so picky, they are all wonderfully executed images with great colors and compositions. I really don't know enough about models to be shaking my head, but maybe the things I've mentioned here are what you and Bob are talking about.
