I have a series of choices

I chose M and 128 for pop up
I M and 1/8 for SB 800

SB 800 is set at SU

OK, now again I don't have a D200.  The D70 and D70s did not ever have the same functionality as I described in the other post, but I downloaded the manual for the D200 last night and I think it will work the way I'm describing.  BUT, you have to quit using the pop-up in TTL or M, there is a setting that is -- I think.  Again, I don't actually have the camera to play with, the D80 is this way.  The compensation box will gray out and you won't be able to make adjustments, but then you won't need to either.  Set the exposure values for your A and B group flashes and make sure the flashes themselves are assigned to the groups you want them to be used as.

See if that helps, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.  I know Bob keeps mentioning this, but I'm going to reiterate that you have to be careful about how much existing light is already hitting the IR receiver, and it also works a lot better if the IR on the flash is pointing at the camera.  This is the reason I got the radio slaves.  The TTL works great when it works, but there are times that it is less than reliable.  The pop-up still only has so much power to trigger the slave lights, so be aware that there are potential problems there.

Here is an image I did before I got my radio slave system, cropped way in to show you the catch lights in his eyes.  I have one SB-600 shooting through a white umbrella.  It is on TTL, I metered the scene and set my camera 1.5 stops below that in manual and left the flash exposure comp on 0.  The flash output was just what it needed to be to get the exposure right on the lit side of his face.  Yes, it's grainy, it's a very small crop of the original, but you should be able to see very clearly that the pop-up flash has no effect on the image.
