On the list:
Better versions of the two zooms I already have, plus a 10-20mm. A fast 24-70 or 28-70 would be nice too if I get many more event gigs.
A second body for backup. Probably a 40d or a 5d and use my current one as backup.
One or two more Vivitars with triggers, stands, etc.
Light meter.

Anything after that I have to rethink the primary income source.

I didn't count film stuff, I have a Canon A-1 with a bunch of lenses, and my sister or I will inherit my mom's dark room stuff and the Mamiya... neither of us will use it.  I DO want my great grandfather's old accordian camera, but we'll see, I am not the only one interested in photography in the family.  I would display it in my studio some day on a shelf with some of the old images taken with it.

I would like another lens and all the other goodies, but with my business I really have to watch what I spend.  I know we all do.  I just really have to have something to justify buying it.
Right now with my business what I make that isn't being used to put food on the table and buy soccer tickets (my only other interest) I am spending it on advertising right now... so equipment has to wait, especially because I think I am doing okay with what I have.

I know you have been collecting for awhile Ed. And I have had other digital cameras.  I sold a body, lens, and flash to my father in law who used to shoot weddings, but that was a long time ago and he didn't have a digital camera.  He loves it so far.

Someday I will probably end up with a nice collection too, I'm hoping.

Oh No Travis!  I'm sorry.
I broke my camera on the shoot I went on with your wife.  It was my fault I didn't buckle my camera bag and my camera fell out.  I wasn't worried about it, but last night I was looking at it and the little door where the memory card goes was broken, which wouldn't be a big deal, but the camera won't do anything, just gives me a message that the door is open...  Might be fixable, but I do want to replace that camera... so I will have to think about it.
