Skin Softening Action

Ok, let's try this out.  Attached is an action I wrote to smooth skin for my boudoir work.
Let me know if downloading it works.

I dont know how to make them yet. Im still trying to figure out how to do the stuff I already knew how to do in elements, in CS4.  I know nobody feels sorry for me, but thats where I am.
Now I have to go figure out how to use this action. I dont know that either. Thank You

Actions rock, that's the single greatest reason to upgrade from Elements.

Ginnypenny: I tried your action, It works well. Do you always use it at 50%, I bumped it to 80? Maybe I am being too impatient! Very subtle, very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Oh I use it at all opacities, it really depends on the image.  I just put the note to start at 50% so you wouldn't over do it in the beginning.  The nice thing is that it's a mask, so just paint it back over with black if you lose too much detail or paint over a part you don't want softened.  It's not a blur so you don't have to be too cautious around the edges of things.
I use it at 100% all the time on legs, on faces I go lower so it doesn't look plastic.  OH and I use this after I have done any cleaning up with the healing tool.

Also, thanks for the tip about painting it black to rescue, good.

ooooh yeah, and I should mention since it is a mask flatten the image (or at least merge the top two layers) before doing anything else (after you soften the skin).
