This was a project for a Photoshop class I took awhile ago. I think I also used Lightroom on it too. I've been looking through some old files and I found this. The original picture was taken in San Francisco.
I just took multiple copies of the same image (all the different colors) and cut them into pieces. I put all of the individual sections in one photoshop document and used the guide bars and rulers to line them up equally and added the black background. The guide bars were also used to cut up the image.
I hope that made sense. Its easier for me to do things than explain what I did. Lol
