Any of y'all use project management software to keep track of what you need to be working on?  I've found that the more different things I'm working on the harder time I have keeping track of what needs to be done.

Ideally I'm looking for...
  • Online so I can get to it from anywhere.  I've got server space, so it doesn't have to be a hosted program.  Right now I'm using Eventum which is pretty good.
  • Multiple projects.  I've always got a handful going Cheesy Grin
  • Time spent on each task, preferably with some type of stopwatch function that I can start and stop when working.

The only thing I ever use is deadlines and calendars for tasks, so Windows Live normally works fine for me.  Not much help for what you want though, I'd guess.

Super overkill for what you want, but you could use http://www.qad.com/mfg-pro.html. We have it at work and it does multiple project streams and pretty much everything else for 50k people around the world. If you have enough server space you could set up project management for all the photogs in north America.
