Hi Benji!

Nice idea! Everyone looks very happy and relaxed. Since the other two are doing so, I probably would have liked to have seen the guy in blue with his hand the same way as the others. But that's just a little nitpick.

My biggest concern is what's going on down around their legs. It stops, starts, looks like it goes between the legs of one, but behind the legs of another. I'm not really sure what this is.

Can you describe your lighting? I have trouble having groups like this lit so well. Or is this a composite of 3 sittings?

One other little nit. The guy in blue (I suck at identifying branches of service, as you can tell, haha) is he has something coming out from behind his butt.

Again, I love how relaxed they are in front of the camera. Says a lot about the photographer.

It could very well be my monitor, but I see all the blacks disappearing into oblivion.  I would have like a slight gradation of tone from dark at the top to light at the bottom of your background.  I think this would add visual interest and keep them from 'falling away' in the blackness.

As always, this is a great example of your lighting prowess, Benji.

I would like to take a guess at your lighting... just to see how close I get.
-Main light: Large softbox camera left, 9-10' high, 10-12' away from the group, feathered across the front of them (and possibly goboed between the light and the lens for flare).
-Fill light: High and directly behind the camera.
-Hair/Separation/Kicker (whatever): camera right, behind the subjects, 6-7' high and 6 or so feet away, guessing a small softbox (also may be blocked for lens flare).

As I look at this, I wonder if your separation light could have been higher and feathered better to separate the people furthest away from the kicker light.  Another technique I like for groups like this is the dual kickers like Hanson Fong uses.  Two strip lights usually, placed right off the sides of the background.

Anyway, great photography as usual.

Caught!  This is a composite of three different images.  All three stood at exactly the same spot to be photographed, then I combined them in Photoshop.  My lighting was:

Double fill-I bounced two 200 ws lights off of the white wall behind and above the camera. They are spaced about six feet apart.  Main was a 24 x 32 softbox at camera left. Hair light was above and behind aimed down and forward and the kicker was a 16 inch parabolic with barn doors pinched down to just a slit.
