Ryan, I think you and I are really close in age.

I could fill a book with crap I'll never do.

Hahhahahah... you should put that in your signature!  Cheesy

Ryan, I'm 45. Smiley

Ryan, we are the exact same age! Sweet!

Marian you are one YOUNG grandma! Seriously. My mom became a grandma for the first time with my child and she was 65. (My mom was also one of those non-traditional Utahns that didn't have kids super young).

Oh and btw, I was 25 when my daughter was born, I have no math skills.

Saying I could fill a book with crap I'll never do didn't seem funny when I wrote it, seemed kinda sad or pathetic. But I guess it is funny. LOL

Eh, I was 15 when Dakota was born. I could potentially be a 34yo grandfather. Would that make me an uber-LDS? Big Grin

well, if we go with technicalities - I am 31, I could have a 15 year old, who could technically have had a baby, then I could be a 31 year old grandmother, but thankfully that didn't happen  Big Grin

Ahh, but I'm only one step from being there.

I'm just thankful for our dear friend Ed.... Otherwise I'd be the old guy.... [grin]

I hear being a grandparent is more fun than a parent. Probably even more fun the younger you are! Not saying your daughter should be in any hurry or anything.

It's okay Bob, we'll let you be cool with us, even though you are old  Big Grin I'm just teasing 52, isn't old as long as you act young, which I don't think you have a problem doing.

I still remember when just the idea of being 50 seemed a lifetime away. Now it just seems like the beginning of being bombarded with AARP applications.

I'm turning 24 at the beginning of April, and I'm not even married. So I think you did pretty well for yourself on the LDS timeline, Susie. I'm getting to the "menace to society" age. Haha.

It's pretty interesting to find out everyone's age.

LOL, no one else here, except Travis and myself will get the "menace to society" quote. So funny. But if you remember correctly he was talking about men. You're alright.
I have a sister your age that isn't married and a brother that's 26 and not married, they are both here in Utah, so it's all good, right?
My mom got married at 36. She had her last child at 44, and John here on the board had his first at 15. We are all doing fine. There is no "standard" or "right way" to do things! As long as it works for you and you are happy with who you are.
Although, Lauren if you want to get married you moved to the right county in Utah, just get your little self to a single's ward, wear lots of lipgloss and giggle like crazy.  Big Grin

HAHAHAHA!! That sounds about right.

I agree with you though, no one's life is going to be the same as someone else's. We need to do what works for us and enjoy what we have. Everyone's timeline will be specific to them. :-)

The last time that I reported what was in my camera bag, I was accused of bragging!  Lets just say there a bunch of bodies and even more lenses and a bunch of lights and other stuff packed into a carfull of bags!

For the record . . . I am 48 (49 in May) and made my dad's mother a grandmother when she was 36 and had a 10 month old baby of her own.  I grew up with my uncle who was less than a year older than me.  Me were a year apart in high school where we just stopped correcting people who called us brothers.  We are still friends today.

Ed.... I might have been the accuser  Big Grin You know it was just jealousy right? lol

That's cool about your uncle, kinda fun. It does happen in Utah where mothers are pregnant at the same time as their daughters, but that's because it's not super uncommon to have 12 kids!

I think that is was you Suzie!  I know it wasn't serious, but it did stop me from having to list everything again!  I should just lay everything out on the floor and take a picture . . .
