I agree that he did make assumptions, but it drives me crazy when people can't just shut up sometimes and let other people talk. I think that's what bothered me most about the photographer.

There was one time where the bride started to do that, and the judge stopped her and she didn't do it again. Oh well. I like that he gave her over twice as much as she was asking for; everyone there just looked completely shocked.
That's so funny, too bad even though they both signed documents saying they would respect the judge I bet the bride has to sue her again.
He asked "Do you have a tripod" and "Did you use it" and the photographer said yes while the bride said no. He probably noticed motion blur because he said "This one was hand held" I agree she was sunk when she said she used a 70-300 and didn't know what speed it was or what f-stop she shot with. (All she had to say was "Wide open")
printing the photos at wal-mart is not nearly as bad as meeting there to pick them up.. [grin]
