Border Radius - Instead of divs and other elements having square corners they'll be able to have rounded corners. Mozilla and Safari have supported this for a while, but it'll be standard in CSS3. And Moz and Safari have been using their own property tag so hopefully this means they'll support the standard instead.
Alpha Channels on solid colors - In addition to specifying red, green, and blue you'll be able to specify an alpha channel level to make the elements partially transparent.
Text Shadows - You'll be able to specify drop shadows under text elements.
Best part of all of this... browsers that don't support these features just won't show them. Your page won't look as good, but it will still be functional.
