I would tilt the fabric layer slightly to the right, it will line up with the nose better.
Cool, looks like a lion.

Lion was my thought too. It looks great. I like the idea, I'm going to have to try that sometime.

Cool, it's like "Beauty and the Beast" so, Marian, which one are you.   :biggrin:

That's a pretty slick image.  I really like seeing images that go out of the traditional boundaries to try something different.

Thanks, everyone. :)

Why can't I be both?  :biggrin:

Thanks. :) I'm a huge experimentor. I think a lot of it comes from my very first art teacher who really pushed us to think outside of the box. We were never allowed to erase and had to incorporate mistakes into our designs. He would have us come up with thumbnail sketches of ideas for paintings and then he'd be brutally honest about them. I remember that I had procrastinated and did one right before class. It was my first "F" and he wrote in big bold letters "you are better than this." :)

(THIS is what I meant by 'intriguing', btw)  ;)

I knew what this was the second it appeared - I must have an extra (missing?) chromosome, cuz there aren't many guys that enjoy browsing through a fabric shop for ideas... but I do

<shrugs>

Regardless, you have a great shot here!  :D
