I didn't see this when it was originally posted either... I don't have photoshop where I am, but it might look cool black and white with a heavy vignette, not sure though. I would have to see it.

Here's my attempt. Adjusted the levels and curve, then the exposure. Turned the photo black and white. Then did the cutout, and lastly the grain.
