Solar Eclipse

This is a projection method for viewing the eclipse that I tried tonight. I projected the sun through my 300mm lens onto a sheet of white paper, and then photographed it. You can see my setup and the results. Though it's nothing professional, it was an interesting challenge.  You can see a cap taped over the lens. I kept it covered until I wanted to take a photo, so that the interior of the lens wouldn't get too hot.
