Lately, while using either Chrome or IE, this site is only letting me attach one photo to a post. :(

Should be set. I had minified the CSS and JavaScript a few weeks ago, removed the original JS from the server, and forgot to change the link to the minified version.

tl;dr version - oops, my bad, it's fixed now.
