Welcome Matt!

Web critique as requested. Keep in mind it's just my opinion today at 5:30am and has nothing to with the price of tea in China.

Stretched photo on the make-up tips frame looks a little funky.

Too many photos in your gallery. I'd never wait to get through 70+ photos on a slideshow. Edit down to 15-20 of your absolute best images like you would for a portfolio showing. Also, I might make the slideshow bigger on the wedding photography page with the other info as a side bar or something. Let your best images hook them, they can read the details later.

Flash not friendly to mobile devices! I'm one to talk since my front page has a flash slideshow too, but you can get past it quickly.

I won't comment on your price structure since your local market isn't my local market, but the charity option is a nice touch. I like that.

Welcome to PAF Matt

Looks like you're using WordPress for your site. I'm a big fan of WP, and think that's a much better choice than the Flash templates that most photographers seem to use. A blog format works really well to let your visitors know who you are in addition to seeing your work.

The Flash slideshow is probably the only thing that's not friendly, although I don't have an iPhone in front of me to check. Android does handle Flash pretty well though. Depending on how important "mobile friendly" is to you you might consider installing the WP-Touch plugin. There's a free version that looks pretty good and it makes your site look like a native iPhone app. No clue on how it works with images though.

But mixed on the wedding planning and supplies part of your site though. It seems like you're trying to be the Wal-Mart of wedding photographers. The planning and favors overlap, but not so much with photography. What about splitting that in to two different sites - one for your photography and one for the planning / favors? You could cross link of course.
