Monitor Recommendations

I'm planning on getting a third monitor and looking at either a 22" or 24" widescreen.  Any suggestions on brands?  I've got a 19" Acer and 17" Samsung currently and am happy with both of them but figure I should at least look into other brands.

Good question.  I hope someone answers, because I don't know anything, and eventually want a new monitor myself.

On this note, does everyone else have a problem with LCD monitors?  I am always adjusting it making sure I am looking straight at the middle so I don't edit too light or too dark because of my screen position.

I suppose the key thing in a monitor is the color fidelity. I would try to look for monitors with a wide gamut, covering as much of adobe rgb as possible.

And make sure it's calibrated.

Got that covered.  I got a Huey about a year ago.  It only does one monitor, but I only edit on one monitor so it works.

My notebook is bad about that, but my desktop monitors aren't.  Maybe I'm not moving that much side to side.

It'll be a couple of months before I buy it anyway, but Buy.com has a 24" Viewsonic for about $300 which doesn't seem bad at all.
