Looks like the CSS file didn't get loaded. Hasn't ever happened to me on this site, although it's happened to me on other sites. How often does it come up like that?

Never happened here, but I have seen it happen on comcast.net before when trying to get to my email. It only happens on my work computer, not my home one.

2-3 times a week. A quick refresh takes care of it, though.
