It's just a different take on the traditional bride with bridesmaid shot.

Looking at it again the two girls in the middle do seem to be the focal point, but I suppose I am just fine with it because I didn't really notice them until I went back and looked.

I love how the colors are so vibrant in all of these photos...I was just wondering how you do that? Is it something that you specifically do on purpose?

Welcome, Lars!!
I think the format change ran Cindy off. Shame. Most of her photos have actions and filters applied to them to make them "pop" even more.

Would you happen to know if it was a "real" filter (physically on the camera) or if it was photoshop (or something similar)? Also, what do you mean by "action?" (Literally an action taken, or is it something else? Sorry, I'm still learning a lot of this stuff  Sad )

Thanks for the help!

An "action" in Photoshop is a recorded series of steps that you can use over and over again to save time. For example, you can make one to add a logo to your images, or to smooth skin, or even to resize and add sharpness to a bunch of images all at one time. They really are helpful and save you time.

Note that you need a newer version of Photoshop to use actions.  Some people write their own actions and some people write them and sell them.  There are some good ones out there, but they aren't anything you can't do yourself step by step in Photoshop.  Some actions are used on skin to make it smoother, others heighten all colors or certain ones.  Some do vignette effects.  Some do all of the above.
I don't personally use them, I edit each image by hand.  It's just a choice.

The only one I use on a consistent basis is the one to add my logo. Smiley

Hi All,
Thanks for the kind words.  Sorry I've been gone so long.  I've been absolutely swamped.

On the weddings themselves I really don't use a ton of actions.
I might do some layer masks in curves, but that's about it.

Thanks again!
