All's well done
In photoshop or the like, I would remove the "Deer" catch lights and move them up, and slightly darken the pupil. An opinion.   Smiley

The skin color looks really nice.  I love the pose and the crop, very pretty and glamour.

Critique:
On posing - I am sure you learned your lesson about the hair since you said you removed some stray ones, I would have still moved the curls away from her lips and made the hair a little more tidy.  However I do like it showing.  In shots with gloves like this make sure they look good too, this one appears a little twisted.  It's a nit-picky thing but attention to details like that will make a world of difference in taking your images to a higher level because I think you have a lot of the technical aspects down.

On lighting - Ditto to what Mike said about the catchlights.  I think the very small centered ones give a slightly maniacal appearance to your subject.  However the lighting on her face looks good.  If you are going to continue doing outdoor portraiture with a flash I would experiment with putting a diffuser on it and taking it off camera (with a cord if you need it, depends on the flash/camera that you have).  The diffuser will give a softer light and great catchlights.  Getting it off camera will give a better lighting pattern on your faces.

On editing - I might take a touch of red out of the whites of her eyes, but not too much, I love that they don't look fake.  And speaking of fake... I would airbrush a little black onto her natural lashes to minimize where they meet the fake ones.  I photograph A LOT of fake eyelashes and while I love them and I think they make my glamour work a lot better I am really picky about how realistic they look.  These look placed a little too high, but I am going to venture a guess that you had no control over that.  I might edit out the very few stray eyebrows on the underside.
Her skin looks incredible, if you did any editing work there you did a great job, it looks natural.

I just have to say that I love the colors and expression too.
I know it sounds like I picked your image apart, but that's because of the section you posted it in.  I was honest with what could be improved.  However I LOVE the image and am very jealous of your gorgeous model!  You captured her well, it's a pretty image.

You should have seen the unibrow she started out with. Holy cow get a pair of tweezers.

Just color correction and a little bit of bags under her eyes. She's still a kid so skin touch-up is a breeze.

Ooops, sorry about the section it was in, I was tired last night.

John, when a model or subject leans into the hand, they need to "Imply" no pressure on the cheek, as you can see, her eye is slightly distorted.

You did a great job to remove bags under the eyes, looks natural.

Cloning all the hair by the lips is a job and a half, in future, just look for it and have them fix it before the shots.

As for a diffuser, if you don't have one, use a sheet of white paper, looped, either have an assistant or yourself or get a cheep light stand to hold the flash.
About 5 feet from subject, set the flash at 50mm maybe 1/4 power and work from there. "M"

I was using a sto-fen with the flash turned down so I had just enough to get a catch light. I think that ended up making them look to small at the distance I was shooting at.

That's what I meant in my post by tidying it up, not after in PS, heck no.

John, you mentioned your lens distance was 200mm  That is probably why the lights are small.  The paper idea Mike mentioned is a great one, I am going to try it.

Doesn't matter in m.m. flash catch lights always do that, pin looking.

As for the paper, I've done small and large, although it looks funny, I use an 8 1/2 x 11 and it hangs funny because of the weight, BUT, looks great FOR a FLASH.  hehe

One flash to camera left with paper held by assistant and one flash behind model

No catch light cheating in photoshop. As you see it.   Big Grin

Exif says no flash, I fired the flashes with a Wireless Remote, "Cactus" also known as ebay remote, though I ordered direct.
