Shoot something white!

Despite that it is just for documenting purposes, I still think it is a beautiful shot. I love the balloons in the corner, it frames it well.

Thanks Smiley  I try and apply good photography skills even when shooting things that are just for me or my family.  I debated on cropping the image, but I didn't want to lose the balloons.
I am going to send this picture to the baker, just in case she wants to use it.  Sending images to vendors is something I need to be more mindful of doing, it builds good relationships and gets your name out there.  I find at weddings the florists are always the ones most excited to get pictures.

Are you planning on shooting weddings?  If so, make prints for everyone WITH your logo on them Smiley

I want to, but I feel like I need to be an assistant for awhile first. I have heard that its good to make wallet size pictures of the bride and groom with my logo/phone # and put them on the tables with the place settings/favors for the guests.

Thanks for the tip! Cheesy

I shot auto white balance. The first I changed it to b/w and bumped up the contrast a little. The second is straight from my camera. And his name is Fluffles. :-)
