While I thought the same thing Ed did about choosing a different person to sit in the middle look at their clothing... The one with the most neutral shirt is posed in the center, which means he doesn't clash with grandma and grandpa. The kid in the checkered shirt would have looked worse I think.
I think Grandma and Grandpa standing is appropriate, the stumps are great, the overall pose is clean, well done and not too formal or too casual.
I didn't notice the watch until it was pointed out, but I see that it is a small issue now.
My nitpicks - I would have asked the young man in the middle to relax a little and move his hand on the leg a few inches further toward his knee which may have lowered the front shoulder and caused a more relaxed lean, but then again, some people are stiff and you may have tried to fix it, I don't know, I wasn't there.
I would have also had the two girls standing put the thumbs of the front hands into their pockets to give a natural bend to the arms and added to the casual look - but that's personal preference, I am a pocket person.
Edited to add: on my screen there is a blue-ish cast, but monitors and printers differ, so as long as it doesn't come back from your lab blue it won't be a problem.
