Just down the road is a nursery, they grow water plants and water lilies.

These are great. The last one is killer. The colors, the focus and the composition are great. I like them all though.

I like the warm rust colors on the second one. It looks incredibly sharp too.
I looked at the exif data, you used the sunny 16 rule didn't you?

I think the last one is slightly better, but it's probably personal preference. But it has everything going for it. The colors, red and green, are complimentary and nicely saturated (not overdone at all). The "horizon" is in the perfect spot, where the red meets the green and the stamen shooting through that and curving is brilliant. The little pollen puff things on the end are so interesting and placed well in the frame. The selective focus is perfect too.

The last one is my favorite too, although #2 is a close second. I love the red though. It is amazing! Clapping

I think the last one is better as well but it is personal preference once they get to a certain level...

but that said I like the butterfly better just cause I like butterflies better..

Personally, I like the first two the best. The focus is spot on and the shadow depth is perfect without oversaturation of color.

I have to make a comment, just to let everyone know, NO saturations was done in photoshop, JUST and 8x10 and then resize for web.
